Our Payment Options
After entering your details at checkout, you will see the payment options available to you. We offer invoice, direct payments, card, as well as payments through Swish. If any of the payment options are missing or if you can only choose card payment, it may be because you have not provided your registered address. Returns Policy

AHVortex.com Returns Policy

At AHVortex.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple and straightforward.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging intact, and all tags attached.
  • Certain items, including perishable goods, custom-made products, and intimate or sanitary goods, are not eligible for return. Please refer to the "Non-Returnable Items" section for more details.

2. Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@ahvortex.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@ahvortex.com.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:
    • Perishable items such as food, flowers, or plants.
    • Custom-made or personalized products.
    • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
    • Gift cards.
    • Downloadable software products.
  • Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ahvortex.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item.
  • We will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded as quickly as possible.

8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
