Important Tips for the suction cup mount - To prevent the camera from falling off the slot easily, the slot is designed to be tight, and the suction cup needs to be pushed into the innermost side of the slot, as shown in the picture.
- If the suction cup mount is only pushed to the slot a little bit, the suction cup mount will not be firm so it's easy to fall down.

Kind tips:
1. The dash cam needs continuous power supply, and the built-in battery is only for emergency power supply.
2. We recommend not to turn on the motion detection function while driving, this function may cause intermittent recording. If the video file plays fine on the dashcam but appears blank or corrupted on the computer, replace the card reader or video player.
3. We recommend using U3 brand Class 10 or above, 64GB or 128GB Micro SD card (including 64GB Micro SD card). Please format the driving recorder before use.
4. The dash cam will turn on/off with the car engine on/off, so it won't drain the car battery. (Note: This depends on whether your car still supplies power to the cigarette lighter socket when the engine is off.)
5. If the suction cup bracket falls when the weather turns cold, the reason is that the suction cup bracket will expand and contract with temperature changes, please soak the suction cup in warm water for a while. If this is not possible, please seek assistance from the TOGUARD support team.

QA:
Problem 1: I have to format the SD card every few days. Even though I set the camera to loop recording mode, it still says SD card is out of space. How to fix it?
Answer 1: Please check if you set the G-sensor to High. If it is set to high, the dashcam can easily lock up the video file and the SD card will quickly run out of space. Once the SD card is full, the dash cam will stop looping recording and ask you to format it. Then, please play it back on the driving recorder, check if there are multiple locked files (there is a small lock icon in the upper left corner of the file), and then delete the locked files on the computer. Then the dashcam will continue recording in a loop.
Problem 2: The suction cup is broken. How to fix it?
Answer 2: Please contact TOGUARD support team for a new replacement.
Question 3: How to play video files in the car on the dash cam?
Answer 3: First, if the Dash Camera is recording, please press the OK button to pause the recording. Secondly, press and hold the MENU button twice to enter playback, and you can see the video file of the front camera. Finally, long press the Up or Down button to switch to the cabin video file.
